Credit card - automatic payments

Storing your credit card is a simple, safe and convenient option if you regularly purchase stamps or coins so you don't have to provide any payment information every time you order.

Credit card - one-off payments

As a credit card holder you can make instant one-off payments online to top up your account or purchase our products. We accept all major credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Diners Club

Internet banking or direct credit

To make payments directly into our bank account, you can simply use your online banking or head into any branch of the Bank of New Zealand.

It's important to provide the following information so that we can ensure your payments are processed promptly:

International money transfers using SWIFT codes will be subject to fees and charges imposed by overseas banks involved in the transaction. These fees vary depending on the fee policy of the overseas bank.  Please check with your bank and include fees to ensure your payment is sufficient.

Cheque

We accept cheques from within New Zealand and most major currencies from around the world. We no longer accept cheques supplied in Euros. Write your customer number on the back of your cheque and mail it to us with your order or to top up your account. Cheques will need to be made out to New Zealand Post. Cash or EFTPOS

Head into your local New Zealand Post shop to make a philatelic deposit. You can pay by cash or EFTPOS to top up your account. Just supply your account number at the counter to ensure your payments are processed promptly.

Bank drafts

Write your customer number on the back of your bank draft and mail it to us with your order or to top up your account.  Bank drafts will need to be made out to New Zealand Post and supplied in New Zealand currency.

New Zealand money orders

Mail us your money order with your customer account number and name on the back with your order or to top up your account.  To find out more about money orders, click here.
